SAMPLE- We have been members since 1989. We had an arthritic '67 MGB. At the 1997 WA ABFM, Linda saw a nice iris blue MGA and said, "Oh that's a cute car, we should get one!" Never pass up an opportunity like that one. We passed on the great restored MGA, which was $12,000. The next year we had a bank check in hand and purchased this '59 one that needed a few things done. It cost $9500 and seemed like a deal. To make a long story short, it never ran right, cornered the market on the Rubber Chicken award, and its engine blew up. Many parts replaced, it now led the caravan to Colorado and made the long, steep hill between here and California with ease. Now that nearly everything is fixed, the rockers are rusting out. The cycle goes on.
